Buses to the town of Vinh Yen near Tam Dao run from Gia Lam bus station in Hanoi (40,000d, one hour). From there, the easiest way to get to Tam Dao is to charter a xe om (motorbike taxi) for the 24-km journey to the national park. The ride should cost no more than 100,000d. Hiring a car and driver for the day from Hanoi will cost about 1,090,500d.
